Welcome... My name is Nicola. I support individuals experiencing relationship problems, life transitions, anxiety, depression and I specialize in women's issues. My practice is compassionate, holistic and collaborative with a focus on you and your particular needs and goals. Looking after our mental health is such an important aspect of how we manage with life's difficulties, our relationships with ourselves and our relationships with those around us.
Unexpected changes in our life can bring feelings of uncertainty, instability, and a lack of direction, as well as feeling completely overwhelmed. Accessing support though these times allows us a safe space to share our story, process feelings and events, find our balance and figure out what to do next. I've been there myself, I can help with that.
