Note to Soul Inc. Soulful Foundations Course is a self-directed, online, mental health and self-discovery course/healing process created for teachers/educators and parents. This course consists of 8 modules (including video, audio, and PDFs) as well as 2 live sessions. This program was developed by Dr. Christina Hyland, Clinical Social Worker (RSW) and Mary Francone, Elementary Educator. It offers an experiential approach to healing with guided practices and reflective soul questions to assist you in deepening your relationship with self and cultivate inner peace.
This comprehensive program includes principles of Mindful Self-Compassion (such as emotional freedom techniques a.k.a Tapping) and other important therapeutic approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). For those of you who are educators, some school boards offer insurance coverage (please confirm with your provider).
