Registered Social Workers (RSW) at On The Ball provide holistic, comprehensive care to clients of all ages, in every stage of life. A variety of therapies are offered in different formats, including individual therapy, group therapy and parent consultation. From a trauma-informed, compassionate lens, RSWs will meet with you, understand your needs and co-develop a tailored plan to support you. RSWs can also support with navigating complex systems, such as the school system and health care system while advocating for you and your family.
Registered Social Workers are trained in a variety of evidence based approaches including but not limited to: talk therapies (Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), and body-based therapies such as Brainspotting Therapy and Emotion Freedom Technique.
