Rae Habeeb is a supervised student practitioner and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Rae takes a strength-based integrative approach using various modalities such as Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She is completing her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology and previously completed a Bachelor of Arts, Honours, in Psychology.
Additionally, Rae has completed her training in Suicide Assessment and Safety Planning and has certifications from the Mental Health Academy on Personality Disorders, Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy, and Interrupting Intergenerational Trauma in Substance Use Disorders.
