Accepting New Clients - Evening and Weekend Openings! Both virtual and in-person sessions are available. I have been practicing as a psychotherapist for 6 years and supporting individuals aged anywhere from 3 to 40 with a variety of mental health concerns. I see clients for a range of concerns including emotion regulation and coping, overthinking, interpersonal relationships, stress, trauma, anger, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I strive to help my clients live an authentic life that is in line with their values; the kind of life that can only be lived when we aren't struggling with our mental health.

Placing client-centred care at the forefront of my practice, I treat my clients with respect, compassion, and empathy as we collaboratively develop and work toward their personal goals.
