Empathy, warmth, and collaboration are the centerpiece to my practice. I believe that by identifying and harnessing your natural strengths, we can work together to cultivate a safe space in therapy where you can develop, heal, grown, learn, and work through whatever may have brought you to therapy. Everyone is unique and therefore, there is a unique blend of various approaches and philosophies that will best serve each person. I strive to work in a client-centred way in order to honour your unique life experiences.
I am particularly interested in working with people who want to develop access to self-worth, deepen their self-awareness, and pursue personal growth. Specifically, I support individuals in the areas of ADHD, anxiety disorders, poor body image, depression, and perfectionism. My main approaches to psychotherapy are CBT, EFT, and self compassion.
