I am the owner and founder of the Child & Family Therapy Centre Victoria. My current practice is focused on supporting children, youth, and families where the primary concern is Anxiety or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I also provide counselling support to parents with children of all ages to address developmental and behavioral concerns. Involvement of parents and caregivers in the therapy process is an essential part of my practice.
I offer evidence based treatment of anxiety, and OCD. I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These are well researched and highly effective treatment modalities. Treatment is tailored to your child's individual needs, age, and developmental stage.
