I am accepting new clients from all walks of life. I bring a collaborative, nonjudgmental, relational and client centered approach. While I use a variety of approaches. As much of my focus is with couples counselling, I focus on helping clients to strengthen their bond through emotions focused methods. Additionally, I work with individuals and first responders to help reach their desired goals. In my space you can expect to be met with open discussion, comfort, understanding, and acceptance so that we may tread new and existing paths in the direction of self-awareness and growth.
I bring more than 10 years of experience working with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use several therapeutic approaches and experiences to help you uncover what is needed so that you can better strive for self-growth. By working together and identifying your strengths, we aim to continue meeting your goals through emotional safety and connection.
It is ok not to feel ok. You don't need to find a way out alone. You are accepted as you are for who you are, and finding who that is may be a part of your journey.
