I offer a UNIQUE treatment option, as you are supported in sessions and between our sessions. In sessions, you will be greeted with a safe place to share, explore, and work towards your goals. Following sessions, I offer the option to receive an overview of the session, learned skills, and helpful resources. In between sessions, you have the option to send journal reflections as a way to stay up to date.
I take a person-centered, evidence-based, and integrative approach to ensure a comprehensive and tailored approach to each client. Some therapies that I use include, CBT, ACT, Somatic therapy, mindfulness, and many more! I have helped clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, sleep, body image, women’s health, stress, relationships, etc.
