I am now accepting new clients for Fall 2024 (beginning September). I feel called to connect with individuals aged 18+ who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, life transitions, burnout, relationships (romantic or platonic), sexual identity, and anxiety resulting from social media use. Utilizing an integrative, evidence-based, and highly relational approach, I strive to empower and support my clients as they create meaningful change in their lives.
My goal is to create a warm, down to earth, collaborative, and genuine relationship with my clients that helps foster change. Aiming to nurture increased self-awareness and self-regulation, I tailor my approach based on my individual clients' needs. I pull from treatment modalities such as, ACT, SFT, DBT, and CBT (details available upon request).
