Hello and welcome! I am a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, addictions, trauma, anger management, relationships, and self-esteem concerns. I believe in taking an empathic and eclectic approach to counselling, incorporating strategies and techniques from various theoretical approaches to suit the needs of each client. I have worked with diverse clientele and have a vast understanding of cultural differences. I will work collaboratively with you to understand your concerns and work towards your treatment goals with you to create meaningful changes in your life.
I completed my Masters of Arts in Psychology at the Adler Graduate Professional School and my Certification in Sex Addiction Therapy from the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals. I have been practising as a therapist for over 10 years.
