I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with issues including stress, anxiety, depression, relational issues, life transitions, conflict, abuse, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and more. My professional experience involves supporting individuals and families in the community in various settings, including working with children and families involved in the child welfare system, as well as with children and adults alike with complex mental health needs.
I aim to create a safe space for clients to work towards authentic self-discovery, and positive self-growth. I employ an integrative therapeutic approach, emphasizing collaboration and personalized care. Drawing from a diverse toolkit of modalities such as Brainspotting, Narrative, Solution-Focused, CBT, Mindfulness-Based and Play-Based therapies.
