My personal journey with physical and mental health challenges has fueled my passion for clinical counselling, emphasizing holistic well-being. Born in Japan and raised in Singapore, I honour diversity through a collaborative, empathetic, and eclectic approach that honors the uniqueness of each individual's experiences.
As a neurodivergent individual, I also prioritize a neuro-affirming approach. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy to tailor to your goals and needs.
