I specialize in helping people find growth, transformation, and healing in the face of trauma and grief. I help men that: struggle to understand and communicate emotions so instead bottle them up; overwhelmed with anxiety and anger; feel helpless and passive and thereby suppress their feelings; get lost and stuck in depression; struggle with low self-esteem; tried counselling but never discovered the roots of their issues, their progress plateaued, or didn't gain anything from it; and who struggle to achieve deep, lasting changes in their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. If you resonate with any of the above, you are ready to stop talking in circles about your issues and start tackling your problems head-on to make real progress.

Raising a child with emotional or behavioural challenges is overwhelming and can leave you feeling like you have failed as a parent. With my clinical experience, we can work together, on how you can enhance your relationship with your child and manage challenging behaviours. I will work with you to gain confidence and rediscover the joy of parenting. I have worked in different countries and I bring a broad range of experiences from a multitude of settings and I also work in Forensic Psychiatry.
