I offer psychological counseling and therapy in English and Czech in person and online. I support my clients on their difficult pathways as well as on their personal growth and self-discovery journeys. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can look closely at your feelings and situations from different perspectives to find a path you would like to follow. I believe that everyone has "the solution" within themselves. However, occasionally we need someone who listens, supports, and gives us space to find the inner voice we all own.
The roots of my practice come from the Gestalt psychotherapy approach. The key elements I work with in my practice are therapeutic relationship, safe environment, and trust, which we build together. I create a secure space for my clients by accepting what is brought into our sessions and being fully present in the moment.
I listen and take the role of a supporter on your journey. I do not consider myself an expert on your life, but rather a companion in identifying new perspectives on difficult life situations. I approach this profession with great respect, integrity, and dignity.
