At times, people can feel overwhelmed by events or relationships in their lives. You may feel anxious, confused, depressed, frustrated and alone. You may be troubled by something you don’t understand, or something in your life isn’t working out as you want and you can’t seem to see the 'wood for the trees'. Trying to understand such events and feelings or make lasting positive changes can seem too difficult on your own, and this is where counselling or life coaching or a blend of the two therapies can help.
