By exploring how the past affects our current behaviours; how we may avoid certain experiences and the expression of particular emotions, we can discover what it means to become the most authentic version of you.
By creating an empathetic and non judgemental space to share, I hope to offer a supportive and safe environment in which inquiry into thoughts, feelings and actions will hopefully feel less daunting.
