I practice counselling at a non-profit counselling centre, and I am interested to work with individuals on mood problems, anxieties, and adjustment issues. In the beginning sessions, I focus on the development of a problem and my research background in cognition and learning allowed an objective understanding of the cause. Then, we will work together toward a breakthrough. I endeavour to promote self-confidence and discourage labelling in the journey.
I offer 1) integrative psychotherapy with techniques from CBT, person-centred, briefed psychodynamic and solution-focused, 2) hypnotherapy with foci on stress reduction and self-confidence building, 3) play therapy for self-understanding and discovering.
As an individual, our journeys are for sure different, but we don't have to walk alone. I look forward to joining part of your journey.
