I am a chartered psychologist and clinical sexologist. I lived in HK for 25 years but am currently located in the UK. I will next be in HK for in-person sessions in September 24, and we can also meet online. Within the broad field of therapy, I lean naturally towards working with issues involving the interplay of psychology and biology. I have worked extensively with eating and sexual disturbances, stress, anxiety, pain, and disrupted sleep. Through this work my interest expanded to related issues such as low self-esteem, depression, shame and trauma.
I have a special interest in working with sexual difficulties that emerge for individuals and couples such as: desire disparity within a relationship, pain during sex, sexual interest/arousal and orgasm concerns, early or delayed ejaculation; erectile difficulties and anxiety regarding sexual performance.
One of the most difficult parts of the therapeutic process is the moment just before it starts, when the therapist is not yet known and the inner world awaits to be shared. Reaching out is the start.
