My name is Joshua Byrne and I am a qualified psychotherapist. I work with individuals on a range of issues affecting mental health. Examples of some of the issues I have helped my clients with include depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, work challenges, family conflict and many others.
When you are going through a crisis or have been an experiencing an issue for a long time, it can sometimes feel hopeless, like nothing can makes things better. Psychotherapy offers an effective approach that empowers people to make their lives better.
