Hi there, you may be searching for a space to explore your fears, worries, or any pressures of society or familial standards. We need spaces to be able to share our experiences without feeling they are burdening anyone and to feel genuinely supported. I aim to get to know you and your world so that I can be transparent, honest, and authentic with you. From my experience, many people want to feel connected in this world and I aim to help facilitate that connection so that you can bring it out into your life.
I offer a safe space for you to unpack and explore your world. My aim is that you feel free to be yourself fully and explore any part of you that you wish to give space to. You will deepen awareness and use the therapeutic relationship to tease out patterns that might be emerging in your personal life. I am RNIB trained to help those with sight loss.
If you are struggling with defining who you are and what is important to you, I believe I can offer a service that assists you in growing your awareness. You hold the power within yourself to gain the change that you seek. My role will be to encourage you to be yourself fully, remind you of your worth, and support you when it becomes too much on your own.
