I am an experienced Counsellor with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. I support clients with varying issues, from anxiety, relationship difficulties and body image to eating disorders and trauma. Growing up in several different countries has given me a deep appreciation for people of diverse cultures, identities and backgrounds, and has informed my open-minded understanding and acceptance of others. With experience providing long-term, trauma-informed counselling, I offer a safe, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, supported and work towards your goals.

My focus as a counsellor is providing a safe space where you can feel free to express yourself without fear of judgment no matter what issue brought you to counselling. I understand how personal the decision to seek counselling can be, and my goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and understood throughout our journey together. In our sessions, I will listen attentively and empathize deeply with any challenges or difficulties you may be facing. Together, we will work towards a deeper understanding of your experiences and develop a plan to help you make sense of the world around you.

I am both a clinical psychologist and organisation strategist. I work with individuals and organisations, including in the cross-over area between personal and professional wellbeing and career issues. I have experience in many different high-pressure organisations in many sectors: health, public, nonprofit, entrepreneurial and startups. I work face to face and online with people from all walks of life.
