Honest and truthful, willing to use therapy and medication management. Able to work together towards goals. I worked as an RN in the ER for 10 years before completing my training as a PMHNP. I feel like I have strengths in medication education, high anxiety situations, and particularly the aging older adult population. Before I started as a PMHNP, I worked 10 years in acute care nursing. During this time Covid-19 hit and medical teams were experiencing high rates of depression, anxiety, and suicide.

Working with women is my main focus - women struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and grief are a few of the issues I have a love for addressing. I am passionate about helping women build stronger, more satisfying lives, and I work hard to help you achieve your goals and begin to thrive instead of just "existing." I currently offer CBT and ACT therapy services with a background as a previous prescriber. I understand both medical and mental health sides of therapy, and I am continually striving to expand my therapy modalities and provide clients with the most effective forms of treatment!

Jennifer Rawls is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She provides diagnosis and treatment for a variety of mental health conditions across the lifespan, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, insomnia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She offers medication management and psychotherapy with a collaborative, holistic, and evidence-based approach. Jennifer understands that the journey to wellness is multifaceted. She strives to address her client’s emotional, physical, social, and spiritual needs.

Danielle Griffin is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with training and experience treating patients across the lifespan. She has experience working in the inpatient psychiatric setting, intensive outpatient programming, and outpatient medication management. Currently accepting patients 10 and up.

Dr. Mattox specializes in helping people "Rise, Shine, & Transform" after a fall. But Dr. Mattox helps you get off the sidelines and get back into the game of life. She serves as a guide to facilitate the process through coaching. Sarah Weatherford is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and then later returned to the college to earn her Master of Nursing Science with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health. Sarah spent her first years working as a nurse in an inpatient setting for children with psychiatric disorders. She learned the importance of implementing trauma-informed care for improving patient outcomes. She understands the importance of being an empathic listener in being an effective care provider to her patients.

I take a holistic approach to mental health care. This means caring for the whole person and addressing mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. I am a licensed, board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have an interest in treating the mental health care needs of the adult and older adult populations. I primarily treat depression, anxiety, bipolar, and PTSD disorders. I offer medication management and supportive therapy for clients. I also incorporate a collaborative approach and may refer to​ more specialized therapy options that could be beneficial.

Now accepting new patients at Capstone Psychiatry. Dr. Esmaeilpour is a Child and Adult Psychiatrist. She treats mood, anxiety, and thought disorders as well as PTSD and neurodevelopmental disorders. She believes that a good patient physician relationship is the foundation for good care.

Jennifer Penne is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with training and experience treating patients across the lifespan. She has worked in various settings including community mental health, outpatient, inpatient, residential, and emergency crisis settings. Jennifer’s experience includes working with children and adolescents in therapeutic foster care, therapeutic day treatment, and school-based programs as well as adults. Jennifer believes in treating the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

I believe a holistic approach in treating both mind and body is needed to create significant and lasting positive change. Implementing these changes includes a wide variety of services, to both assess, diagnose, and treat mental and physical needs individually. Psychiatric assessments provide a foundation for creating a unique, individualized, and collaborative treatment plan to address current symptoms, and, more importantly, the core issues that need to be addressed to find relief and pave the way for future success. I treat a variety of mental health conditions including depression, OCD, anxiety, Bipolar disorder, and insomnia.
