My philosophy is that YOU must be at the center of care. While I may guide you in identifying your strengths it is my hope that your goals be created by you rather than assigned. Whether you have endured trauma, struggle with depression, anxiety, other mood disorders, gender identity, ADHD, or another issue my goal is to help you be the best version of you so you may live your best life. Sometimes that means medication, sometimes therapy, sometimes both. We will work together to develop an evidence-based and comprehensive treatment plan. I am currently scheduling patients for both in-person (Philadelphia and Paoli) and telehealth appointments. I welcome patients who are looking for medication management, therapy, a second opinion, or any combination of the above. My interests include diagnostic clarification of mood/anxiety/attention disorders, evaluation of young adults who may be seeking help for the first time, and treatment of substance use disorders that often present with other common diagnoses.

I strongly believe that mental healthcare relies on a culture of acceptance and understanding. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, it is my goal to provide care for those that struggle to be heard and those that feel they do not belong. I plan to help manage my patient's treatment plans with compassion. l view individuals as more than their illness and treat holistically. Dr. Xiaojing Shi is a board-certified general adult psychiatrist. She is a dedicated and experienced community outpatient psychiatrist who graduated from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School Psychiatry Residency Program, formerly worked as an outpatient psychiatrist and a faculty of Case Western Reserve University in Department of Psychiatry, MetroHealth System in Cleveland. She has working experience in treating depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, ADHD, dementia and many other psychiatric diseases. She provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management and therapeutic services.

Jeffrey Shralow is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, who has been practicing within advanced practice nursing since 2013. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master's of Science in Nursing and he is licensed and certified with a specialization as a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner. Jeffrey received his B.S.N. from Villanova University in 2008. He also has a Master's of Arts degree in Buddhist Studies from Naropa University. Jeffrey serves clients across the lifespan, from ages 6 through older adult/geriatric.

Ms. Jennifer Sims is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has over 25 years of experience in psychiatry and in a variety of settings including inpatient, academics, and outpatient. Ms. Sims received her Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Indiana University. She is also a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and has an MBA. Her clinical passion is Patient-Centered Care and working in collaboration with Clients to assist them with their mental health well-being. She treats a variety of psychiatric disorders to include, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.

I am passionate about providing quality care to my patients. I have experience treating adults, teenagers and children. I work as a team with my patients and their families to improve lives through thoughtful medication management. Working together with my patients we are able to more effectively treat the whole person.

Stephanie is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of Delaware and certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and a Family Nurse Practitioner from The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) which provides a framework for treatment of the whole person. She is empathic in her treatment approach and a good listener. She is vast in diagnosing and treating ADHD, Depression, PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and Psychotic Disorders.
