My name is Dr. Shehram Majid and I founded the Center for Integrative Psychiatry so that I could have an avenue to provide the type of care that I feel my patients have benefited the most from. I work with patients struggling with general anxiety, depression, grief, family and relationship issues, college/early adulthood struggles, and career changes. I have also worked extensively with patients that struggle with the aftermath of growing up in dysfunctional family systems, children of emotionally unavailable parents, and victims of domestic abuse.

My clients may have different types of mental disorders and may be looking for help lessening their symptoms of it. The goal is to lessen the symptoms of their mental disorder enough so they can live happy, fulfilling, and enjoyable lives. Living with these mental problems are not easy on them and their family, so resolving them with a good plan is probably what they are looking for.

Dr. Christopher Hoffman is an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certified psychiatrist with three years experience. Dr. Hoffman provides patient-centered treatment using medication management, supportive therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Typically, medication management appointments are 30 mins, and therapy appointments are 45 minutes. Psychotherapy slots with Dr. Hoffman are limited, so he often brings another therapist to the treatment team.

I'm a psychiatric family nurse practitioner who can evaluate and treat 4y/o clients up until elderly I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management follow-ups. I am a benzo reduction specialist so I do not start clients on benzodiazepines or z-sedative hypnotics and for clients who are currently being prescribed benzo's or z-sedative hypnotics we will slow taper off by decreasing the quantity to be dispensed by 2 tablets/month with the goal being benzo/z-sedative hypnotic free.
