Funmi is a licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in Psychiatric-Mental Health providing care for ages 7 - 99. I am board-certified as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), PMHNP-BC by American Credentialing Center (ANCC). Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Georgia and Florida. I hold a bachelor’s degree (BSN) in nursing- at Chamberlain University Chicago and a master’s degree in Psychiatry and mental health at Walden University. Currently in pursuance of the Doctoral degree in Psychiatry and Mental Health program at Walden University. The wellness of my clients is my passion.

My nursing career started in 1980 from Nigeria, where I worked in all areas of nursing. Moved to the United States in 1984, I was in Los Angeles, California for 10 years, and in 1994 I relocated to Atlanta, Georgia. In 1997, I focused mainly on mental health conditions in our state psychiatry hospital, later transition to the Federal level at the Atlanta VA mostly with the adult populations. I consider myself a compassionate and caring individual with a special passion for those who serve our nation, as I am a mother of two Air Force Veterans.

Mahlet Abebe is dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of nursing experience. Mahlet has been working in collaboration with her supervising physician providing psychiatric evaluation, medication management and supportive therapy. She believes in providing patient centered, individualized, holistic care in way of promoting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mental health challenges. My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining medication management with psychotherapy techniques to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Stephanie is a certified psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner with 10+years' experience in psychiatry. I work with various populations and has worked in a variety of levels of care, including outpatient clinic, partial hospital program, dual diagnosis treatment, adult memory care, assisted living and inpatient units. My strengths include working with vulnerable populations, those with severe and persistent mental illness, psychotic disorders, dually diagnosed patients, and individuals affected by traumatic experiences.

Dolapo "Dola" Abiodun, DNP, PMHNP Dr. Dola Abiodun is a doctorate prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with an expertise in treating depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, personalities disorder, Bipolar 1 & 2 disorder, ADHD, substance and alcohol use disorder and schizoaffective disorders. She is also an adjunct faculty professor at University of Massachusetts, Global, Irvine, California and Liberty University in Virginia, USA. Dr. Abiodun completed her first Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

Welcome to my practice! I am Dola Abiodun, a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving individuals in Georgia. With over ten (10) years of diverse experience in healthcare settings, I specialize in providing comprehensive medication management and support therapy to individuals struggling with mental health challenges.

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I bring empathy, an easygoing communication style, and a sweet sense of humor, making it easy to communicate with my patients and family members. Having worked both in crisis management centers, drug Rehabs, Adult psych hospitals and children’s psych hospitals, I decided to go back to school for my Master’s in Nursing 4 years ago to expand my knowledge and use my wealth of experience in good use. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to educate and empower patients and family members.

Unlike some psychiatrists, I focus on the person as a whole, taking time to understand the current difficulties as well as what led to them. Supportive therapy is part of every interaction I have with a patient and medications are used if/when necessary, working with the patient as a valued team member. I believe this will help set me apart from others.

Patrice Barnhill is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who joined the Georgia Behavioral Health Professionals group in April 2018, and is currently seeing patients at our Decatur and Stockbridge locations. Prior to starting with GBHP, Patrice worked in a pediatric primary care setting, where she cared for patients with acute and chronic health conditions, as well as provided preventative care, mental health and developmental screenings. She has always been the most passionate in her care of children, adolescents and young adults with mental health concerns.

Hi I'm Rho! I'm a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner that treats mental health disorders via medication management and brief psychotherapy skills review. Some of my interests include treating general mental health disorders, optimizing medication regimens utilizing the fewest effective medications, and helping people learn/implement coping skills to utilize alongside their medications to improve mental wellness. My goal when working with any client is to provide care that enables them to decrease distress and live the life they envision for themselves!

Ifeoma Adazi is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Georgia who has been practicing since 2020. She has a BSN from University of West GA, an MSN from Walden University, and an ANCC-PMHNP. Ifeoma provides counseling, a therapeutic approach, medication management, and psychiatric assessment. In her free time, Ifeoma enjoys traveling, shopping, politics, and sports, especially tennis.

She is passionate about providing quality, empathetic, and comprehensive mental health care to adolescents and adults. As a PMHNP, Constance's role is multifaceted, such as medication manager, mental health advocate, therapist, and educator.

Mayo Agbojeyin, NP is board certified Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over 16 years of nursing experience pediatric nursing, supportive and palliative care, and pain management. Her areas of clinical interest and expertise include addiction medicine.
