My philosophy in nursing and psychiatry is to meet you where you are in your mental health journey and try to understand what brought you to where you are. I want to work with you and help you meet your mental health goals so you can live your best life. My goal is to use evidence-based and best practice to guide treatment and decision to support you and your own personal aspirations. My goal as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner is to improve access to mental health and psychiatric care in Wyoming, reduce the stigma associated with having a mental illness, and improve quality of life through the promotion of mental wellness. My philosophy is to provide treatment options designed to meet each client’s values and goals. I offer compassionate and evidenced-based psychiatric care for the treatment of all mental health disorders through the use of medications, nutraceuticals, healthy thinking strategies, and lifestyle changes.
