I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

Hello, my name is Lindsay Manning. I have been practicing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 2015 after obtaining my Master's of Nursing from Indiana University. My experience includes medical psychiatry, consultation liaison, acute inpatient, community mental health and corrections. Currently, I provide telehealth services for diagnosis and medication management to adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and other mood disorders. My mission is to work collaboratively with you to help you identify your own treatment goals, feel supported and heard, gain symptom relief, and ultimately enhance your overall functioning.

Dave Kyrie has dedicated his career to the service of others. With 18 years in healthcare, he has worked in a variety of settings including trauma, intensive care, behavioral health, surgical recovery, and deployed medicine with the US Army. He has seen how the challenges and tragedies of life can affect people, and his dedication to help others to recover in a hospital changed to a passion to collaborate with patients to improve the quality of their life. This passion led him to pursue education as a PMHNP where he focused primarily on adult and adolescent mood disorders, traumatic response, and recovery from substance use.

Rebecca Nance is an advanced practice nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in nursing. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society. She earned her undergraduate degree from Wabash Valley College, and her graduate degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University. She most recently earned her doctoral degree in nursing. Her previous experience includes inpatient hospitalist, palliative, hospice and primary care with a focus on mental health.

Roshanda Grayson-Thomas is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult chronic mental illness including anxiety, depression mood disorders, and addictions Roshanda’s clinical experience includes psychiatric evaluation and assessment, as well as medication management and talk therapy, using the latest evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities. Roshanda has experience working in longterm care, inpatient and outpatient settings.

Meagan Althoff treats patients aged 12 + years old. Meagan Althoff is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her associates degree from Wabash Valley College and received her undergraduate and masters degree in nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, which is the second largest nursing organization in the world. She was also a qualifier for the Presidents Medal at the University of Southern Indiana.

My name is Daniel Shepler. I am dual certified as a Primary Mental Health NP-C as well as an Adult-Gero NP-BC. I see patients ages 10 and up. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in adolescents and adults.
