I am a 2014 graduate of the University of Iowa. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years in various capacities. I have practiced as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I currently accept clients 12 years of age and above. I manage a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, and schizophrenia. I firmly believe in a holistic approach for my clients to achieve optimal mental health.

I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing in the family practice setting since 2016 providing chronic disease management, including mental health care. I developed a passion for mental health, specifically the perinatal population. I have an understanding of how chronic health conditions, including mental health, can affect all aspects of our lives and be interconnected. I provide medication management services via telehealth to women 18+ in the state of Iowa. I offer treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and some sleep disorders.
