I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

Dr. Esteban Toledo-Carrion is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 14 years of experience. He was born and raised in Ecuador and completed his medical training in his home country, where his interest and commitment to helping diverse populations began.

My expertise includes couples therapy, sex therapy, women’s mental health, and trauma. I see patients for sex and couples therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and psychiatric medication management. I am a Women's Mental Health Fellow at McLean and enrolled in South Shore Sexual Health Center's AASECT certification program to become a certified sex-therapist. My clinical career has taken me on a journey through the healthcare system, from inpatient to outpatient settings. My clinical practice focuses on assessing, diagnosing, treatment planning and care coordination for those struggling with a wide range of mental health issues. Julie received her Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio State University and is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has worked in psychiatric nursing since 2016 in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Julie treats a variety of psychiatric conditions using an individualized approach and creates a treatment plan that is tailored to each patient's individual needs, desired outcome, and personal considerations.

I have both the experience, determination, critical thinking, and teamwork skills to help heal your body and mind and return you to full functionality within my scope of practice. He has practiced general psychiatry for 40 years, and has also sub-specialized in Addiction Psychiatry for the past 20 years. Dr. Fiori's practice emphasizes Diagnostic Clarification, which is an ongoing process. He is highly trained and experienced in the biological and psychosocial underpinnings of psychiatric problems. He typically follows diagnostic evaluations with 20 minute follow up visits for medication adjustments and brief therapy. Dr. Fiori often enjoys collaborating with outside therapists when needed.

Dr. Clara Kim is a board-certified psychiatrist trained in Adult Psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Yale University and completed her residency training at Cambridge Health Alliance – Harvard Medical School. Dr. Kim treats each patient with a holistic, evidence-based approach that incorporates psychopharmacological and psychotherapeutic best practices. Her priority is to build a safe and trusting working relationship with each patient. Occasionally, Dr. Kim may recommend that you add a psychotherapist or other provider to your care team as well.

Dr. Kevin DiCesare is a board-certified psychiatrist, treating adults. He received his undergraduate degree at Harvard University, his medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and then went on to train at Maine Medical Center for his psychiatric residency. He has 22 years of expertise in diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, Bipolar spectrum disorders, adjustment problems, ADHD and other disorders.

I am a Harvard-trained, Harvard-affiliated, and board-certified psychiatrist and addiction psychiatrist. I offer convenient Saturday morning hours in my Back Bay private practice as well as virtual evening hours on some other days. I offer therapy, medication management, or a combination of the two if needed. I enjoy collaborating with patients to achieve their goals and move forward on their journeys. Vanessa Loukas, MSN, FNP-C, CARN-AP is the Vice President of Addiction Services at Northeast Wellness. Vanessa is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner receiving her Masters of Science in Nursing at Simmons College and board certified in Advance Practice Addictions nursing through the Addictions Nursing Certification Board (CARN-AP). Her clinical expertise is in treating patients with substance use disorder and mental health issues. She started her career in addiction working as a registered nurse in acute treatment and medication stabilization services.

Dr. Amber Frank is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed her residency training at the Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School Adult Psychiatry Training Program. Dr. Frank believes in a holistic approach to patient care. She strives to understand and treat every patient using a framework that includes not just the biological (medical), but also the psychological, social, environmental, and cultural elements that may contribute to an individual person’s experience of mental health and wellness.
