As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I treat a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and OCD.

I am board certified in both child/adolescent psychiatry and in general psychiatry. As a physician and therapist, I have a deep understanding of the body, the brain, and the mind. My practice consists of evaluations, psychotherapy, counseling, and medication when it is appropriate. I especially enjoy working with children ages 3-6, as that is the time of peak imagination and creativity. I also enjoy working on difficult problems, such as people with multiple psychiatric problems.

Krisna Hervey is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, specializing in medication management. She has over a decade of experience in the mental health and medical field. Krisna graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Mississippi in 2011. She also received her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2015. Krisna’s clinical expertise includes treating both children and adults that come to her with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, sleep behaviors, schizophrenia, and substance abuse.

I provide medication management services with brief therapy to those suffering with depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sleep disorders, ADHD, binge-eating disorder, and other issues related to mental health.
