My name is Dr. Jaya LaFontaine. I am a board certified Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatrist, seeing people of all ages. I provide holistic, integrative virtual telepsychiatry services in the state of Missouri. Psychiatric practice has become solely about medicating symptoms rather than addressing the cause. I specialize in reducing polypharmacy, trauma-informed psychotherapy, and providing a safe, inclusive, confidential, and compassionate space for my patients who want to heal rather than numb their pain.

Dr. Thripura Thirtala received her medical degree from Alluri Sita Rama Raju Academy of Medical Sciences in India. She completed her residency in Psychiatry at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Her practice is focused on patients 12 years and older, treating ADHD, depression, mood disorders, bi-polar disorder, generalized anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders and panic disorders. In addition to practicing in general Psychiatry, Dr. Thirtala has specific interests in treating adolescent and substance abuse populations.

Dr. Michelle Hill received her medical degree from A. T. Still University "“ Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO. She completed her residency in Psychiatry at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. She served honorably in the Army for 8 years before working as a civilian in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Hill is board certified in General Psychiatry. She is also a member of the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians.

Anna Tran is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Missouri who has been practicing since 2020. She has a Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University with honors, a Bachelor Science in Nursing from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science from Saint Louis University. Anna’s inherent desire is to serve individuals by inspiring and assisting them in making lasting changes in their lives and personifying their purposes in the world.

Dr. Bonnie Applewhite provides personalized Adult Psychiatry services in an outpatient setting. Dr. Applewhite has studied at premiere medical institutions and continually strives to remain at the forefront of neuroscience and mental health treatment. Jordan Malone is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She treats adults 18 and up for various mental health concerns with medication management. To optimize treatment, genetic screening is offered. Jordan is passionate and dedicated in assisting patients meet their personalized goals as they continue their journey to healing.

Brenda Bush is a dual Certified Nurse Practitioner in Family and Psychiatric Mental Health. Her focus is Psychiatric Mental Health and Primary Care Adult medicine. Brenda has been a nurse for 28 years and a Nurse Practitioner for 15 years. Her practitioner education is from Indiana Wesleyan University- Marion, Indiana and University of Missouri- St. Louis. She has a collaborative practice in St. Louis and surrounding cities in Mo. and is also licensed in Arizona, Kansas and Virgina. Her goal is to partner with you to create a treatment plan that improves your mental and physical health, enhancing your quality of life.

Megan Robison is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Missouri who has been practicing since 2021. She has a Master's of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner, a Post-Masters certification - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and a Bachelor of arts degree - Sociology/Anthropology with a minor in music. Megan's primary focus is on the diagnosis and management of psychiatric conditions with an emphasis on pharmacologic intervention. Outside of work, Megan enjoys rock climbing, hiking, gaming (board and video), terrible puns, trying new foods, and anything outdoors.

As a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I use my skills and time optimally to maximize my therapeutic affect on patients. I prioritize taking the time to establish a good rapport. I tend to a patient's psychological health needs, as well as physical health needs, maintaining a holistic approach. Providing quality care, to me, is about spending my day, from start to finish, making a patient's care experience excellent. This philosophy coincides with my personal goal to maintain a high level of intrinsic motivation to do more than just the minimum required of me, each and every day.

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I offer mental health services to patients aged 6 and up, including medication management and psychoeducation in collaboration with Dr. Thomas Nowotny. Narissa Marasso, PMHNP is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She practices general psychiatry with an emphasis on adult populations, including the treatment of depression, bipolar, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, insomnia, PTSD, trauma, eating disorders, and the co-occurring mental health complications of Type 1 Diabetes. Services include brief psychotherapy and psychopharmacologic management. Narissa enjoys building therapeutic relationships with her clients and seeing them heal believing that mental, physical, and spiritual wellness can lead to lasting recovery.

Hattie DeBord is certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years’ experience working with pediatric and adult mental illness. She offers mental health services to patients aged 5 years and up.
