I provide telehealth care in New Mexico, Arizona and Oregon. Appts are currently scheduled on MST. I am driven to help people find the best way to navigate their mental health. I offer education, brief counseling, and herbal and medication management services. I start by hearing people's stories, what brought them to seeking mental healthcare, and what they seek to gain from it. I strongly believe that client active participation in their mental healthcare is the path to healing and meeting their goals. I have 6 children and love working with youth. My experience as a midwife over the last 14 years fosters my love for serving.

The hardest part of getting treatment for mental health sometimes is taking the first step by looking for a provider. Congrats on taking that most important first step! Think of this first step as the first step toward having the life you want! I work in partnership with my patients to help them refine their goals and make a path to reach them. I don’t tell patients what to do, but rather I give them options and let them make their own decisions. With 3 decades of experience as a registered nurse with six of those years spent caring for varied population with mental, behavioral and substance use disorders, I have a wealth of knowledge and skill set in making a great impact in the lives of individuals, with mental health challenges. The knowledge I gained from earning an advanced degree accord me with capabilities to use evidence-based assessment tools to pinpoint the cause of your symptoms and systematically in collaboration with you reduce and overtime eliminate them with medications and psychotherapy.

I am a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I work with clients through empathy, respect, dignity, and humility. I have a passion for restoring dignity and reducing stigma in all mental health aspects including Substance use, anxiety, PTSD, Depression, Schizophrenia, and ADHD.

Eunice Nsofor PMHNP-BC, is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over 13 years’ experience in Psychiatry. Eunice provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management with special attention to individual needs. She treats a wide range of mental health issues such as: Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and other psychiatric disorders. She also offers one-on-one psychotherapy. She is Flexible in accommodating clients needs.

We work best with people ready for change and believe that if motivated, people possess an incredible ability to grow throughout all stages of the lifespan. Dr. Elena Crespin is a Doctoral-level, Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides quality mental health care. Dr. Crespin is qualified to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for adolescents, and adults. Elena completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at New Mexico State University after being a Registered Nurse for 15 years. Over her course of nursing practice, she has had the privilege of working in many areas, including psychiatry, post-surgical care, gastroenterology, primary care, long term care and addiction medicine. She enjoys working with a variety of age groups.
