Ferdinand “Freddy” Akoko has a decade of experience in healthcare. His love for mental health started at 17 while working for Veterans Affairs. Freddy believes in taking an integrative approach to mental health treatment and in the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and soul. He believes that the right medications plus the right tools equal the right response.

Dr. Danielle Sandbothe found her way to Oklahoma from Missouri by way of Indiana. She grew up in Jefferson City, MO and had received her bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. Feeling called to serve others in a different field, she pursued medicine which led to her receiving her medical degree from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Indianapolis, IN.

Alyssa Smith, APRN-PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with Reeder Psychiatry specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of patients of all ages with psychiatric mental illnesses. Alyssa received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Eastern Kentucky where she graduated as a member of the National Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and Sigma Theta Tau with a 4.0 GPA. Alyssa has over 12 years experience in the medical field with a background in surgery, administration, pharmacy, and psychiatry.

John Levi Stanford is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), specializing in treating mental health across the lifespan. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma before going on to earn his Master of Science in Nursing as a nurse practitioner specializing in mental health at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His love and passion for psychiatric care of patients began before nursing school when he was able to shadow psychiatrists and psychiatric-nurse practitioners that served as mentors.

I have 10+ years of experience in outpatient psychiatry. As a dual-boarded NP, I feel strongly about leaning into my experiences in physical medicine as an adjunct to my psychiatry practice. I welcome adults 18+ with special population insight in military families (AF veteran), first responders, and foster care families.
