Judy Wagga is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has over nine years of experience in psychiatric nursing including behavioral health, rehabilitation, addiction, jail nursing and community hospital settings. She is currently working with children, youth and adults to manage, prescribe medications and support patients and their families. Judy has excellent communication skills, is a detail oriented, personable professional.

Amanda graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with her Master's of Nursing Science degree. Amanda is certified through ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and is licensed through Oklahoma's Board of Nursing to assess, diagnose and treat clients of all ages, races and backgrounds in all ranges of mental health including anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, mood disorders schizophrenia and other mental health disorders. Amanda received her Bachelor's of Science Nursing through Western Governors University.

Dr. Sean Whelan grew up in Oklahoma City where he graduated from Putnam City North High School. He earned his bachelor's degree of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. He attended both medical school and residency for Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma. In addition to private practice, Dr. Whelan has experience in working with Native Americans and Veteran patients as well as those in the community mental health system.

The ideal patient for Dr. Sean Whelan is between the ages of 18-69. They are seeking services for psychotropic med to assist with varying disorders such as ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Grief, or Bipolar; however, they are interested in the least amount of medication/dosage to maintain stability and optimum functioning. Our ideal patient's desire change and are significantly focused on factors within their personal control. Our patient's are desiring to make lifestyle changes to optimize their health such as maintaining a certain level of dedication to sleep, exercise, and/or re-evaluate relationships that are not serving them.

Caroline Whitaker is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Oklahoma who has been practicing since 2023. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Saint Louis University. Caroline strives to see every patient as a unique individual and treats them as a "whole person" perspective by combining both modern medicine and a holistic approach to help achieve their optimal mental and physical health.

My goal as a provider has always been to create a space where every patient feels heard, comfortable, and welcomed. I am passionate about providing care that not only addresses mental health concerns but also supports the overall well-being of my patients.
