She is very excited to draw on her 18 years of nursing experience and her previous licensure as a counselor to provide a full spectrum of psychiatric care. She is always researching new and better ways to help people accomplish their mental health goals. Her practice is client-centered, holistic, and tailored to meet both medical and counseling goals of individuals. She has a huge interest in helping people meet their goals with natural medications/supplements and with the help of genetic testing for individuals that interested.

Dr. Orlando Malate is a compassionate mental health nurse practitioner offering therapy and medication management in TX, WA, IL, and WI. He earned his doctorate in nursing from Walden University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Malate's therapy services include Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Cognitive Processing (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based( MBCT) Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT).

I am a compassionate practitioner with a doctorate in nursing and dual certifications as a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP). In addition to working as a PMHNP, I was a lecturer and clinical instructor for undergraduate nursing students, published research on a variety of mental health topics, and provided medical care at a psychiatric hospital for adults and children/adolescents. My research focuses on resilience, positive thinking, and resourcefulness in vulnerable populations. In practice, I treat a broad range of mental health concerns for adults.

I provide counseling and psychiatric medication management. I am also a Mindfulness practitioner and teach Mindfulness Meditation which is enormously beneficial for well-being and healing from within. I collaborate with the person I see regarding medication options. It's important that I understand my patient's story and experience in order to select appropriate medication/s. My specialities includes working with people with anxiety disorders, attention deficit disorders (ADD), mood disorders such as depression, and PTSD.

Fauzia has attained her master’s degree as a nurse practitioner with her specialization in mental health. As a PMHNP, Fauzia has dedicated her life to helping heal the mental being of her clients who meet her. Fauzia takes time to listen to her clients, whiles using her in-depth knowledge to help come up with a solution for the common goal of both parties. With her patient centered care approach, Fauzia focuses on the individuality of her patients and empowers them to take active role in their care.

Andrea Mitchell is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has worked within the mental health field for the last nine years in the acute care, inpatient setting. It was her desire to have a meaningful impact on the mental health field in a different capacity that led her towards becoming a PMHNP. She leads her practice with empathy and by putting the patient at the center of their care. Through open communication, she works towards building a meaningful rapport with her patients to ensure they feel heard and valued.

Dr. Most has extensive insight into the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and mood disorders, with a special focus in PTSD, adult ADHD, and brain fog. He has over 30 years of experience in private, hospital, outpatient and sobriety programs.
