I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, trauma, and grief. I also love working with individuals and family systems, helping to manage and heal relationships. Because I take a holistic approach with EMDR, somatic yoga psychotherapy, art therapy, ACT, and Experiential Therapy, it allows clients to heal their trauma without having to relive it.
