“I consider it an honor to work alongside others as they navigate the journey toward healing and change. My hope is to improve emotional health as a part of overall wellness. I believe that each person has a unique set of needs, life experiences, and strengths that deserve a tailored counseling approach. What may work for one person in therapy might not work for another. My objective is to help identify and work toward therapeutic goals at a comfortable pace in a way that best fits each person.
These may include building self-awareness and understanding, improving skills to deal with life’s difficulties, exploring and working through past hurts, and repairing and strengthening relationships.”
Particular areas of interest include trauma, attachment, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and addiction. I am also trained and use EMDR to help my clients improve.
