As a clinical psychologist with specialty training in both health psychology and geriatric psychology, I have an increased awareness of the mind-body connection for individuals that may face a physical health concern, as well as the unique transitions of the aging process. Treatment will be holistic in an effort to gain skills to live an improved life.
My therapeutic approach is truly integrative. I utilize a blend of Cognitive, Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Supportive approaches for each patient. I work with adults of all ages and strive to maintain a safe and supportive environment. Sessions are an active process for both you, as the patient, and me, as the therapist.
