Changing and healing are possible! They happen with intention, guidance, “facing in”, courage, and empathy. These are my guiding principles. My practice invites anyone who wants to dig in and do the work. I am passionate about my field, and people in general. We have lost our way with connection, and I work to restore it in my office. I respect every single client who walks through my door because I know how hard it is to take that first step. But it is the first step that starts the journey.
I work with an adult population. I specialize in food/bodyimage issues for women, anxiety/depression, relationships (starting them, living inside them well, and ending them), and recovery from narcissistic attachments. .
