One of my roles is to help clients become more aware of self dialogue, patterns of behavior & areas of growth. These are the different models I use: Trauma Focused CBT, Solution Focused, Narrative, The Gottman Method, & Family Systems & other tools to best help client with the many problems they might be facing, & together we work on finding solutions.
