You’re experiencing conflicts in your most important relationships. These problems often block us from feeling confident or thinking clearly. You may be out of energy trying to fix what's not working and need a new perspective to resolve these difficulties. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I support individuals and relationships through solution-focused and strengths-based approaches.
We may utilize elements from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help change thinking patterns. Exploring inter-generational family systems and historical trauma is also important to our work together. Additionally, I offer Brainspotting as a brain+somatic (body-focused) modality to help move you through unresolved parts of trauma.
I dedicate a large part of my practice to serving children of immigrants, Filipino-Americans, healthcare professionals, dissociation and complex trauma, and gender/ sexuality/ relationship diverse communities. Many, though not all, of my clinical interests are a result of lived experience. I am excited to support your self-discovery and recovery!

Men Helping Men support group
Virtual Support group for all issues impacting Men. Topics may include: fatherhood, relationships/friendships, health, work-life balance, masculinity. Sessions will be held online for CA residents, every other Monday at 6:30pm. Individual assessment fee is $100, or with Cigna insurance, you may need only to provide your copay; Out of Pocket Fee for each group $40.
