From the young adult navigating career demands and life changes, to the new mom, to the experienced mom that is burnt out, women have unique needs and demands put upon them. I am here to create space and support as we process the challenges and find solutions and balance, so you can feel like yourself again.
I specialize in working with women's issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. My clients range from women who are young adults, expecting mothers, new moms, working professionals, to adult women and empty nesters going through any life transition. I will work with you to process and cope with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress and perinatal concerns.
