Are you experiencing anxiety, depression or stress? Navigating the ups and downs of life can be challenging. I believe the right support can assist with this. I began this work 20 years ago and have seen amazing shifts happen. I specialize in improving mood, emotional regulation, enhancing self esteem, helping people heal and feel stronger overall. I’ve worked in various aspects of mental health including The Crime Victims’s Center of Chester County and Penn State Hershey Center for the Protection of Children and love helping clients improve their lives.
Using DBT, CBT and somatic techniques, I also help people process feelings and rewire their thinking to make it more positive and helpful. I love working with all populations AND I really connect with teens and young adults. I’m also a certified yoga teacher and love teaching people breathing and mindfulness to help facilitate overall wellness.
