I am a LLPC, 25 + yr Police Veteran, military veteran, and served 9+ years as a pastor. Are you a first responder, military, front-line worker, clergy, counselor, or a person who helps others and yet struggles to help yourself? As you know, some of us aren’t good at asking for help, we are used to being “the helper.” Subsequently, at times we have experienced an unbalanced give and take and our instinct is usually “ I’ll figure it out on my own.” However, this self-reliance is all we have ever known and the result is us facing anxiety, depression, grief. So, let me walk with you on new journey, a new you.
As a law enforcement for over 24 years, minister for ten years, 8 years in the military; I will be here to listen to you non-judgmentally and with empathy. Through my experience, I am experienced in trauma exposure and unsettling situations.
