I work with individuals, couples and families to address relational issues, such as difficulty connecting, decreased intimacy, maladaptive coping skills from childhood attachment, anxiety, depression, and more. I am trained to think systemically, and not pathologically. My work with you will reflect a culturally sensitive approach, and I will utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy and mindfulness techniques. I believe that our attachments from childhood impact our ability to show up in our adult relationships.
I offer a warm, but firm empathetic environment where my soft approach to therapy helps build a comfortable space for open conversation. I practice a collaborative, systemic approach with individuals & couples to gain awareness & promote personal growth.
