Understanding Yourself and Your Relationships
This is a therapy group for adults to work on issues of connection and intimacy. As you work with others you will understand yourself better, while improving your capacity for intimacy. This is an open ended group with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. This group takes place on Zoom with Florida and New York Residents.

Life Transitions Support group
Ages 60+ For members going through changes related to the aging process. This group is a nonjudgmental, supportive environment for folks going through life transitions such as retirement, health issues, relationship changes and grief. Meets for 12 weeks on zoom.
