As a therapist, I get the unique privilege to be with you on your journey. I strive to help you feel seen and heard to help you understand and feel empowered to alleviate your suffering. My role is that of an outside observe who cares deeply and can offer a compassionate perspective, a safe space, and the ability to help you explore your life and suffering.
I enjoy working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem/self-image, addiction, and other mood disorders. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. Reaching out for help can be hard, but it can be so worth it.
