I offer mindfulness-based counseling and trauma therapy for adults and teens, both online and at my office in South Boulder. These approaches have proven to be effective at increasing self-awareness and self-acceptance, and creating lasting changes in my clients’ lives. I believe that within each person exists the innate clarity and wisdom necessary for healing to occur. My role is to help clients access those parts of themselves, and to offer guidance when obstacles are blocking the path. Through compassionate listening and precise observation, I help clients to redefine happiness on their terms and achieve their goals.
