"The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction not a destination."- Carl Rogers. Sometimes in life, our path becomes tangled and foggy. It can be hard to find the next steps in moving forward in life. I can help you find the next steps to move forward in the journey that is called life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with children, adolescents, and adults to help find their true potential and thrive in life.
I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders through the use of evidence based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. During our time in therapy, we will work through difficult thoughts and feelings that cause discomfort. Growth is difficult, but it is worth it.
Thank you for inviting me along your journey in life. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
